Darlin' Joe:
9 months ago since you left me. Love you forever! Miss you terribly; but then you knew I would!

Darlin: It has been almost 6 months since you left me for your new home. I hope and pray you are out of pain and, once again, enjoying life. I miss you terribly, but knew you had to go with God and Jesus that day. I say goodnight to you every night, and pray for you to protect me. Jodi and Bobi miss you, too!

In God's loving hands,

Thank you to everyone who attended Joe's funeral service. I am so sorry that I could not do a reception line, but it would have been too hard for me. Joe said earlier this year that he understood. He said to do what was comfortable for me. He was such an understanding, loving husband, brother, uncle and friend to many people.

Ever since we came to Colorado and moved next door to you, 40 years ago, “Uncle” Joe and “Aunt” Marlene were our loving and caring neighbors who helped raise, mentor and watch over our three children and us! Joe was a kind, strong, funny, stubborn, loving man who was always fun to have a drink of whiskey with! We spent many a F.A.C. in our front yard with fellow neighbor and their kids running free while the adult sat around “Drinking G&T’s and shedding off the weekly stress of life”. Joe was always the wise “Ol’ Owl” who was always quiet, until he had something profound and significant to say. He was always there for us in time of need! He made us laugh often!

Rest now Ol’ Friend!
We Love and miss you Joe!
